Grand Movement provides premium Meta (Instagram and Facebook) advertising services:
• Grand Movement | BUSINESS: Targeted ad campaigns for businesses in real estate, e-commerce, legal, hospitality, medical, finance, and IT, focusing on lead generation, ROI, and scalability (e.g., 940 leads for a Dubai real estate firm, 518k video views for a UAE bank).
• Grand Movement | MEDIA: Ad campaigns for coaches, influencers, bloggers, and podcasters, focusing on follower growth, engagement, and sales (e.g., 10k followers for an LA influencer, 150 leads for a UAE podcaster).
• All services are subject to a separate Service Agreement (as outlined in the provided document) and are not initiated through website use alone.
2. Use of Website
• Permitted Use: You may use the website to learn about our services, request proposals, book consultations, or access free audits (e.g., 24-hour Meta ad audit).
• Prohibited Use:
• Unauthorized access to restricted areas (e.g., client dashboards).
• Copying, distributing, or modifying website content without permission.
• Using the website for illegal activities or to harm Grand Movement’s reputation.
• Eligibility: Users must be 18+ and authorized to represent their business or brand (e.g., CEOs, founders, influencers).
3. Intellectual Property

5. Service Inquiries and Free Audits

• Consultations: Bookings via [calendly.com/grandmovement] are subject to availability and do not constitute a service contract unless a Service Agreement is signed.
• Proposals: Requests via [grandmovement.com/proposal] trigger a tailored proposal (e.g., Start: $4,000/month, Optimum: $6,000/month, Maximum: $10,000/month for BUSINESS; $2,999-$5,999/month for MEDIA), as per the CP.
6. Service Agreement Terms
• All services are governed by a separate Service Agreement, which includes:
• Scope: Strategy, content creation, ad management, and Real-Time Pulse Reporting (RNP), as per Appendix №1.
• Payment: 50% management fee
• Liability: Limited to contract price, with no responsibility for third-party actions (e.g., Meta policy changes), per Clause 7.
• Termination: Possible with 14 days’ notice for material breaches, with refunds for unrendered services (Clause 8).
• Disputes: Resolved via ICC arbitration in London, UK (English language), unless otherwise agreed (Clause 9).
7. Limitation of Liability
• Website Use: The website is provided “as is.” We are not liable for damages from use, errors, or interruptions, except as required by law.
• Service Outcomes: Results (e.g., 85-350 leads/month for BUSINESS, 5-20% follower growth for MEDIA) are estimates based on industry benchmarks (CPM $8-$12, CPL $10-$25), not guarantees, per the Service Agreement (Appendix №1, Clause 6).
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to wars, natural disasters, or platform changes, with notification within 5 days (Clause 7.3).
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
• Governing Law: These ToS are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise agreed in the Service Agreement (Appendix №4, Clause 1).
• Disputes: Disputes are resolved through negotiation within 30 days. Unresolved disputes go to ICC arbitration in London, UK (English language, one arbitrator), per Appendix №4, Clause 2.

9. Amendments
